About Us

At Hamiltons Investment Group S.L. our goal is “to provide a comprehensive and integrated range of property investment opportunities.” We are a locally registered Spanish S.L. company and are independent of any single institution, we are therefore able to offer totally unbiased advice to our clients and have access to a wide range of well-regulated Offshore Life Insurance Companies, along with highly respected European based products and providers.

We work with leading professionals in Offshore banking, Offshore Life Insurance Companies, Offshore Unit Trust groups, Offshore Fund Management groups and the professions.

In order to enhance our investment Management services we have established close associations with related practices in the offshore areas such as Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, Switzerland as well as Spain, Cyprus, Africa and the Middle East. Due to this wide-ranging collaboration, clients often instruct us to co-ordinate the multi-disciplinary teams required for specific projects.

No fees

 

We do not charge clients a fee for our service because we are directly remunerated for our role as intermediaries by the financial institutions they choose.


The only time we charge a fee is when we are asked to arrange mortgage facilities or off-plan purchases in the UK.


 

Our modus operandi

 

In order to give sound and accurate advice on an investment portfolio, it is essential for us to know your financial state of health. To identify this, our client managers will complete a confidential “know your client form”, establishing exactly where you are and where you want to be in the future. The form will also identify your specific requirements. Only once this has been completed will we be equipped to advise and recommend any course of investment strategy.

Money Transfers

We do not handle client's money under any circumstances. Our client's financial transfers are arranged and carried out directly between themselves and the companies involved.
